1. Services & Appointments
  • All massage and wellness services are by appointment only.

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding their health and any medical conditions that may affect treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if massage therapy is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of digital payment.

  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid sessions.

3. Health & Safety
  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a serious medical condition, consult your doctor before booking.

  • Clients experiencing illness, fever, or contagious conditions should reschedule their appointment for the health and safety of all clients and staff.

  • We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.

4. Gift Certificates & Promotions
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

5. Code of Conduct
  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully during their sessions.

  • Any inappropriate or unethical behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Personal information collected during booking is used solely for appointment management and communication.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Liability Disclaimer
  • Your Mobile Zen is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries that may occur due to undisclosed medical conditions.

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume any associated risks.
