Refund Policy

At Your Mobile Zen, we strive to provide exceptional massage and wellness services. Below is our refund policy regarding appointments, gift certificates, and prepaid services.

1. Service Refunds
  • Completed Services: Due to the nature of massage therapy, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out so we can address your concerns.

  • Prepaid Appointments: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund or apply the payment toward a future session.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of payment. No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Gift Certificates & Packages
  • Gift Certificates: Non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date. They may be transferred to another person but cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Prepaid Packages: Non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used for a different service of equal value.

3. Event & Corporate Chair Massage Refunds
  • Deposits for business events and retreats are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled event with at least 7 days' notice.

  • If an event is canceled with less than 7 days' notice, the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests for unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with clients to find a fair resolution.
